We are a young professional working couple looking to for a Roomate to share our house with. The room is available immediately.
The bedroom currently has a queen size bed in it that we can remove if needed. It's a nice size room with a two door closet.
The rent includes all utilities including cable, Internet and access to laundry facilities.
The house has two large family rooms so there is always privacy within the house. Located 1KM from the Canadian Tire Center in the Fairwinds community off Huntmar and Maple Grove.
